Až na spodek dost dobrá práce :) Jinak, proč 60 snímků ? to jsi fotil stupňované expozice pro vysoký dynamický rozsah (jestli jo myslím, že by šlo ještě trošku zlepšit mapování tónů na obloze)   nebo jde o 60 snímků stejné expozice rozkouskované kvůli většímu rozlišení ? Každopádně se mi to líbí, favorizuju :)

How do you get that effect with the camera?

Can you do this with fairly expensive cameras or is it like a separate lens you have to attach?

Sure it exists. If you want to see more photos (most of them better then mine) go and search for "Lloyd's of London".

You've never heard of architectural porn? It's just an expression, like food porn. It's just pictures of lovely architecture. Like this one. No one actually "gets off" on it....

hahhaa I know, I'm sorry. I had heard of foodporn and took architectural porn to be the same thing. I'm not going to ask for flyers or catalogues anymore, I"ll be asking for their Product Porn.

It's kind of offputting how the images split don't align correctly on the street pavement near the bottom.

I've always said that the Lloyd's building is true architecture (partly because it's unique with all the external ductwork). As such it's heavily photographed, which makes it hard to do anything that's not cliche with it. This you've actually done.

If I may ask, what sort of lens were you using? I'm thinking semi-fisheye to get the verticals curving over at the top, emphasising just how tall and close the surrounding buildings are.

First of all, thanks for nice comment.
About the lens .... I used normal 14mm lens but this "photo" is stitched from 60 photos... Its panorama.

Woah... I really like how you took the picture at an angle where the middle building seemed to bulge out while all the others curved in around it. The picture is truly amazing. You also had this kind of... Sepia effect, I guess (well, that's what I see) on some parts of the picture, which made some parts turn slightly orange. Great job! This is fabulous!

What? That it's nice, like others do, would that mean more to you than a simple congratulation? Since you got a DD it's obvious it's good, so why bother throwing empty words when i do not have the knowledge to judge your technique and do a critique (which you didn't ask for)? I might actually end up in a conflict with your artistic qualities or expectations because opinions and tastes vary, so i wanted to avoid that.
And if you really cared about feedback, perhaps you should write more in the description than the "..." it's written now.

Unique shot of a unique building....a difficult thing to achieve with such a famous landmark. Not only have you achieved that, you have also made the building look ethereal and other-worldly :D Excellent work
